With over eight years of experience in the insurance industry鈥攕ix of those on the Amwins Talent Acquisition Team鈥擩ennifer is passionate about helping individuals discover their path in insurance. She provides thoughtful guidance on professional development and self-promotion, empowering early talent to thrive in the industry.
Beyond her work at Amwins, Jennifer actively contributes to the broader insurance community. She serves as Co-Chair of the APIW Charlotte Chapter and is a Committee Member for the Gamma Iota Sigma (GIS) Foundation.
